Playground updates
Find time to come see the playground. The old railroad ties are gone and have been replaced with new state of the art borders. The slide has also been repaired and polished. Thank you to Richard Kobylka for all his help in getting this done. The next project on tap is the tennis court.

Reminder
Reminder: The final quarterly dues for the Homeowners Association are due on November 15th.

News from Down Under
Shauna Snyder, the pool manager the past two years, has spent the year in Australia and has sent an update of what she is doing and how she is coping.

Vandalism
Parents, if your children/teenagers  own an airsoft gun or pellet gun please be diligent and know what they are doing with these “toys”.  In the past year these items have caused us to experience  a high volume of damage to the pool and park.  In late December the lights by the pool were replaced for the fifth time and within two weeks were shot out again. This ongoing vandalism has cost homeowners over $3000.00 in light replacements and electrical repairs last year alone.  We are attempting to identify those involved and will prosecute to the fullest.  The board is offering a $500 reward to the person who leads us to an arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible. We need your help!
